HOW WE STARTED
In 1994, David and Barbara Oleksik, two seasoned professionals ventured out to create a small direct mail company founded on the principles of honesty and trust. Over the years these underlying principles built a strong foundation of growth forcing this once small business to flourish.
David Oleksik has an extensive data processing and management background, and Barbara's background is in the customer/account service side of the business.
After working for years at larger mail houses they decided to use their combined 35 years of experience in all facets of the direct mail business to fill a void and provide personalized services to direct mail customers.
The company began in the basement of the family home with a few pieces of equipment, two employees and a drive to fill the direct-mailing needs of the business community.
The Oleksiks soon discovered that delivery of first-class services has its rewards. The company quickly outgrew their home and today they employ the highest level of customer service and technical personnel who make up the MJO team.
